I had a customer today on the premier pack for the past 11 years.
One of their older MPEG receivers needed to be replaced.
I called customer service with the customer today and got the replacement receiver sent out, but what really surprised me was that without even asking they gave the customer $35 off for the next 3 months and $25 off for months 4-6
That's customer service. We didn't even ask, and the csr was handing out discounts.
Maybe because the customer was paying full price for several years, but the customer appreciated it very much.
