I've got a chaparral feedhorn assembly with two c-band LNBs attached on it (no polarotator) - one for horizontal and one for vertical. How do I configure my Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra (Pansat 2700 clone) to realize that horizontal is on one LNB and vertical is on another LNB? I've got a 2x1 diseqc switch.. and the best I can figure is having one satellite entry for horizontal and one for vertical... which is less than ideal. All of my other IRDs have dual inputs for just such a setup :(

Thanks for help/ideas :)

You could do it that way, but that's the hard way.
I'd use a 2x4 multiswitch.
Each LNB goes to one of the two inputs of the switch.
Then, you have four outputs to go to up to four receivers.
You should be able to find one for under $30, I'd think.
Just make sure your vertical LNB will be happy on 13 volts.

Should be a description of that setup in our FAQ section, under Switches Simplified.
