D* in talks with comcast?

I heard an odd rumor that D* was talking with Comcast over their special agreements with 2 california sports teams - San Diego Padres and Sacramento Kings.

Comcast has exclusive holdings on all the broadcast games on these and they are on a channel 4 which is a Comcast Sports channel.

If you live in San Diego or Sacramento and want to watch your respective team, you cannot get any of their games unless they have Comcast.

can anyone confirm or deny this?
