Dish 322 Problems

I got two 322s with old software. They both chexk switch perfectly on DP34 with 110/119. They both go to warning 061 where it tries to download updated software. One receiver is stuck at ACQUIRING SATELLITE...the other is stuck at DOWNLOADING INFORMATION...Any suggestions? Been like this for two days.

hard reset and try toi redownload if no go, possibly needs an ra. ra reason would be "software no download"

of course dish reps are required to troubleshoot before ra.

Some 322s won't update with old firmware.

Do they get programming just won't download the software?

I am trying to activate them....they are stuck on the POINT DISH screen when I restart. Surely they must be a way to get this software updated.

What is the reason for using the DP 34? What is the design of your setup?

I tried running lines straight from the dish to the receiver.....I have tried Legacy and Dish Pro Lnbs...same result.....I have two wires from DP34 coming into the Satellite1 and Satellite2 on the 322....switch check shows perfect 110/119...with great signal strength.

do a factory reset to default, front panel reset, lock signal on 119 tp 19 . cancel out to get to download screen

If they aren't activated try calling dish and having them "hit" the receivers.

I think they call it a firmware hit. Have the TSR cross-check your DNASP and other settings in the SYS INFO screen.

I will call them...doubt they will HIT it unless it is on an account. I will let you all know. Thanks for your help.
