‘Dish Anywhere’ Trademark Challenged by DirecTV, Cable Operators

Sounds like sour grapes on behalf of the Fox network and other cable/satellite companies part. They think they can keep DISH in lawsuits till they drop the sling/hopper Ptat/auto skip features. They don't know that DISH lives for lawsuits. They'll lose against DISH on this one too.

Sounds like a case of "we were here first, so go away". No doubt Dish will win this.

DO any of these companies realize just how frivolous they appear?I know they don't care, but holy crap, give it a rest already.

Yeah, "direct" is too common a term to be used in a trademark. Sue them! So is "dish". Why haven't they been sued for their name?

Hmmm I'm thinking use of the term "Dare2be" might be actionable.........

Are these companies aware "Soon" has also been trademarked by DISH?
