HD LOCALS

When I turn to my HD locals I get searching for sat signal for about 10 secs, then a blue screen comes up saying, "we are aware of this problem, no need to call us." Does anyone knows what's going on here? My receiver (ViP622) has been like this for quite soem time now.
 
I'm located in Miami............. I didn't contact Dish because the screen says, "We are aware of the problem. No need to call us."
