HD Receiver from Radio Shack - Crap or Bargain?

Fill me in here, I don't even know if it is DirecTV capable but someone fill me in, is it a good deal and can i use it with DirecTV?

This receiver has a 4th generation ATSC 8-VSB tuner and can only be used for over-the-air reception of broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, etc.) using an antenna. It cannot be used with Cable, Dish Network or DirecTV. BTW, it is still a bargain under $90.
