Steven Weber Joins Syfy’s ‘Helix’
Steven Weber (Wings) has joined the second season of Syfy drama Helix in a major recurring role. From Battlestar Galactica developer/executive producer Ronald D. Moore and produced by Sony TV, Helix is a dark thriller about a team of scientists led by Dr. Alan Farragut (Billy Campbell) that is investigating a possible disease outbreak. Season 2 finds the doctors of the Centers for Disease Control investigating a deadly outbreak of a new disease on a Windjammer cruise ship. Their investigation leads them to a mysterious island inhabited by a cult with the hope of creating a Utopian society.

I only watched 6 episodes of this show and tired with all the confusion and gave up. I want to escape when I watch tv and it made my head hurt too much when I did watch.
Having two timelines is not confusing at all.
I am finding it easier to follow this season than last season so far...
Just finished the last couple episodes and.... WTF?
Can't believe I watched this entire season. Every episode I'm thinking to myself 'Why am I watching this?'. Not really into horror stuff and that is basically what this was to me. And the goofy music interludes....

I think they were told it was done and the finale is an ending of sorts. A glimpse of the future after Ilaria does their deed.
The show had a lot of good premises but it was just way too hard to watch. It just kept jumping around too much.
I gave up on this show first season after 6 episodes, when it was stuck in the Arctic base and they just went no where.
I thought the first year was bad, but the second was downright ridiculous. It got to the point I was hoping that every character would die.
