How can E* keep adding HD?

Dish has applied to the FCC for 10 new DBS Expansion Band satellites at 61.9, 67, 77.2, 86.3, 110, 114.5, 119, 124, 128.6 and 147.6 W.L. Here is the FCC website address for this application:

Bounty, thanks to JohnH over at DBSTalk he posted a bunch of links to the FCC site that covers more of this subject. In http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/FCC-07-76A1.pdf it shows these locations that E* has applied for but also three other companies, D* being one of then, that applied for 96.5, 101, 105.5, 99 and 103, so D* wasn't a sleep at the wheel either on applying for this new allocation. I didn't see anywhere in there that any of these appilcations have been approved yet. Should make things interesting in the coming year.
