Are you here? http://www.blockbusterathome.com/queue/fullQueue If so, you should see a "Report Problem" link to the right of the disk at home, and there should be a pop up menu with an item to report a damaged disk. (I can't check this for sure because I have a store disk right now, and the pop up menu is a little different.)
Thanks. That link worked. I was just going to blockbuster.com. All my account info is there, including my queue and movies at home, but the report problem does not show up under disc problem.
