From A 250 to A 200. Don't watch Encore, etc. I also have the Dish HD Ultimate.

Because I downgraded..............When they add new HD, if ever, will I see get them?

If they add a HD channel that has an SD equivalent in the package you subscribe to, you will receive it. If they add an HD channel that has an SD equivalent in AT250 only, then you will not get it.
