Missing thumbnails

I've noticed quite a few missing thumbnail pix on recorded shows this week, in both "my recordings" and PTAT folder (plain Hopper). Anyone else experiencing this? Seems to just be random. One or two shows on a given network will be missing and the rest will have them. Even missing on non-major networks (American Horror Story). I'd say about 1/4 are missing.

I've been missing a lot of channel icons in the Guide.

There is a 'Sticky' thread above to post about artwork and missing/incorrect guide data or other errors. Please post them there to help Dish get these corrected.
