Milwaukee trails Atlanta by 22 games and is missing the playoffs by 18 games and this guy takes over 26 seconds to circle the bases because he wants to admire his achievement. Bryce Harper takes about 24 seconds. I'm part of another era. If I hit a home run against a team that has won 22 more games than mine has, I think I'd just jog around the bases and hope we can cut the final gap to 20 games or so by the end of this painful season.

I cannot believe how quiet the sold out AT&T Park is when a Giant tripled home 3 runs to give them a 3-0 lead. Usually they would be ecstatically chanting, "BEAT LA!!"

Even they know this game means absolutely nothing to either team.

I know why the crowd is quiet. Most of them are Dodgers fans. They were louder for Kemp's double than Abreu's triple.
