Great episode and should be reat finale next week with Gibbs and Franks playing Gibbs conscience and tangling with the Evil McGee .....What is Gibbs building in his basement on NCIS? Will we find out before the season ends? –Joyce

They did Ziva that way because they filmed the episodes before she signer her contract extension when the season started so they decided to have all members of his team hand in their badge to make it a team effort in case she resigned her contract and she did and Ziva (Cote De Pablo) signed a 2 year extension for the show

They make you think that he shot Fernell, but I can't picture him killing his buddy, I'm thinking the shot came from elsewhere, probably shot someone else as well.

That is what I am thinking and too bad we have to wait until September to see it

I enjoyed the episode but, unlike others, I didn't love it. The Dinozzo-Ziva cliffhanger would have been better IMO. As much as I enjoy the show, it's to killed one of the main characters...should have been Ziva.

Could be ... of course the A$$ thats after him will chalk it up against him again...

Out of all the deaths Gibbs (& the team ) have caused, they listed about a half dozen, the only one that wasn't on a case was when he shot the guy who killed his family.
