Well that was already done when they went with the Flex pack 6 months ago. They just separated the locals from their regular programming pack and lowered the price of the pack by that amount and charged for the locals now at $10.00. That was also done so people can stop taking locals if they want to and lower their programming price paid.

Not new added months ago with no extra charge for the Top packages. It happened after Flex and to illustrate that $10 is part of what you are paying for the package. Some are hoping that at some point it will be like Flex and you can drop the locals and save $10. It's not an association with the OTA dongle.

So I ordered the dual tuner dongle on Amazon and it is almost here. Is it not supported yet? I want to hook my antenna to my hopper 3 to get my locals.
