My 612 did that as well, and I tried two or three times. Eventually I hit the Select button again, because the app was overlaid over the regular weather channel, and the app popped right up. I'd say this is a bit buggy as of now. And I see no radar map.

I get Weather Nation off my OTA as an NBC15 sub channel. I do not need another weather channel. Never watchd 214 now.
