Shaw Direct "Service Temporarily Not Available"

Today I turned on my SD receiver and I get that message "Service Temporarily Not Available" in any channel I tune, The guide is there, the program info, but no video no audio and I have not found any channel on any of the two Sats, that I can watch,

I´ve already turned off the receiver and unplugged it for a good time and when I turned it back on, I have the same Message.

What should I do ? :confused:
 
Can you get Access or Knowledge BC channels? If so you probably just need to refresh your authorization.

Why would that have happened ?, last night it was working fine, but I powered off the receiver during the night. (I´d like to know if I should learn something
to avoid this happening again ....

By the way I ran the system status menu, and in one of the channels without signal it shows, Authorization status (or so) OC, and in Knowledge shows FB..
 
Hah, bummer. I'm not sure why your receiver lost auth; I know it happens if it's off a long period of time, but overnight should not have been long enough.
