Tulsa area locals go to a weird screen

Last night at about 7:30 pm cst all the local Tulsa channels went off and window appeared saying we are aware of the problem and are working on it regular program will return shortly. About an hour late nbc abc fox cbs came back on the other minor local channels are still off. All other channels worked as normal both Hd and SD were affected. Any ideas as to whats going on?

Not sure if its related or not but I did Notice right at that time fox sports southwest was freezing up multiple times during the Dallas Stars game. Possible transponder issue?

Probably a problem at their pickup location or the transmission path from there to Dish.

There is a known outage in Tulsa at this time. Looks like the report was opened yesterday, and we are working on resolving it.
