When I ordered D* a week ago, I asked for the OTA antenna. I looked at my order today and it wasn't listed. When I called, they said they said in order to add the antenna, they would have to cancel the original order and redo it. This would change my install date (originally 8/31).
Can I get an antenna myself and have the installer put it in for me? I've ran all the extra cables to each room (3 total for rooms with HD DVR; and phone to main box), so the installer doesn't have to do any of that, just hookup the lines in the basement.
Obviously I would pay for this, or if it's not on the work order, will they not do it? Is there a flat fee or is it something we would work out.
My D* experience is already similar to my crappy Charter cable.
