Existing Scheduled Recordings and new HD Channels

I have been lurking for a long time and wanted to start off by saying thanks for all the great information that is posted by all. Now, on to my question…

Does anyone know how existing scheduled recordings will handle the new HD channels? I know if you enter the channel number it will tune to the HD channel by default, but will scheduled recordings do the same?

I didn't have anything scheduled when the first wave of HD channels went live. Now with SciFi up, it has we wondering if I need to do anything to make sure they record on the HD version of the channel.

You'll have to change you series links to use the new HD channels from what I hear.

you do, i gave it a few days on some of the channels that launched last week... they didnt move over... so i deleted and redid.
