I can only watch 103 b even channels in low resolution

I can only watch 103 b even channels in low resolution.any thoughts? Maybe lnb going out.

red reset button or unplug it for 30 seconds and see if that helps. might be an LNB issue also. i would try to do a hard reset and see if that clears things up first though before you have to do a service call.. what's your signal strength???

More likely to be a dish alignment issue than a failing LNB. With marginal signal strength for 103b, one polarization could be better than the other. Also look for issues with trees or other vegetation growing into the line of sight to 103.
