RSN's

I have the AT200 which includes all the RSN's but I only get my local Fox Sports Pittsburgh, am I supposed to get all of them?

No you only gets RSNs that are local to you, unless you get the sports package. The sports package will get your the other channel but major sports will be blacked out.

And in order to view the Major Sports on the other RSNs, you will need to subscribe to either the NHL:Center Ice, or NBA: League Pass.

Right. You will only get the professional games that appear on your "local" RSN -- whether it be local or a place you have "moved" to. You'll need one of the sports packages in order to view all of the games.
