Premiere??? PSmith this is retun of the Jedi! :p :)

I will be filling in for Digibur while he takes a break from the uplink duties.

Which is why I think you really meant to say you will be -REPLACING- Digi.. not "filling" in for a "break".

Anyway... I hope there is good news to come also... but unless they clear more room anytime soon... I think the rest of the year there will be only a few "nice" uplinks that include any new HD.

I sure hope they are planning to clear more room... otherwise it will be a lonnnng wait for the launch of those delayed birds.

Yeah it seem National Networks have a HD version of their channel up but since its so new they have not had much time to put "true hd content" on the channel.

Watched the history channel last night. They were using a LOT of stretch-o-vision. I hadn't noticed that from the History Channel before.

Regarding HD......D* addeth and E* taketh away. ;)

Maybe tomorrow the NHL HD channel will be made "available". I remember reading a week or so ago that an E* spokesperson said it would be available on 10/17.

Time will tell........other than that channel i am not expecting anything from E* tomorrow.

Yeah from what I have seen on History channel somethings were in HD but it all depends on the particular show if it's done in HD.
