Nice list, I was thinking after seeing Redwings version Instead of a check or an X have the channel number for the respective provider... ie 78 HDNet Directv, 9422 HDNet Dish...

I am seeing the Golf/Versus HD on both services in the top section of the SPORTS column

FSN Pittsburgh and Golf/Versus are shown twice, once for both providers and another time for Dish only. Directv recently added FSN Pittsburgh as a full time HD channel (without full-time HD programming, of course). None of the game-only HD channels are shown on that list.

The double listing fooled me. I only saw the 2nd place that had E* but not D*.

I have a excel doc up, Here unabashadly copied from the first post here... by no means complete as I only have Mpeg2 from DirecTv...and I don't do excel but it is a start using channel numbers (no mapped down numbers)

I do like how you sectioned it off with areas for "both", "E* Only" and "D* Only". Very easy to read...if you can keep this updated, this will be a very nice reference for all of us
