Pens vs Devil....picture choppy ?

Anyone watching the Pens vs the Devil on Fox Pitt 428 HD notice that the picture is a little choppy ? Something is just not right...kinda like a slight flickering...what could be wrong...is it the feed or my receiver ?

It happened briefly on the HDnet telecast. Might have been at the source, but have noticed more of the video flicker/stutter or what ever you want to call the anomaly after receiving the 4.49 software upgrade. Seems to effect SD more than HD.

The 7-1 victory was sweet. They meet again on Tuesday. Will the NJ Offense show up? Or will be another Pens vs. Brodeur blood letting?
