I just put my pre-order for Metal Gear Solid 4 Special Edition and got the DVD from Gamestop today.
Inside the DVD box I got my MGS4 Online Beta invite.
I was wondering who here got the MGS4 Beta for online?

I can't wait to download the game tomorrow and play it on the 21st!

Is there a beta key with every pre-order or just certain ones? I'm thinking about pre-ordering it. It will actually be the first game I've bought for my PS3

It's in the black case you get with preorder, along with the DVD with whatever on it. Slip of paper has you go into account management and enter a code, though apparently some of the beta codes are incomplete, only have 9 characters instead of 12...

Mine worked fine, no missing numbers, I'd say go for it!
Make sure before you leave the game store to open up the box and check if all keys are printed.

Well I've played the beta today, it was fun, the online multiplayer is fun.
Its not hard, its very easy.
