Anyone else seeing this on their TV Guide

channels name is HIDEF - 075 00

I already have HD locals and don't see newer ones were added like the CW

It's a Dish screwup. I asked and was told that HD locals weren't available for my area, even though I was getting that channel. But, I was assured that my HD locals would be available "soon".

i see that channel but when i go to the channel it states this channel is not available for viewing in your area.. which i know hd locals are not in my area , heck i dont even get the sd channels in my area

Channel 75?

I noticed a new channel last night as I was scrolling the guide. Channel 75, listed as "HIDEF". The "info" says something like "Local channels in HD are now available in your area. Tune in for more info." When I try to tune in, it tells me that channel is not available in my area. I "moved" so my "local" channels are from Kansas City, but my actual locals (Lincoln/Hastings) are supposed to light up in "summer/fall". Is this an indication that they may actually be available in the very near future or just a glitch? Didn't notice Channel 75 until last night...I usually scroll through the guide at least once a day.

I live in South Bend, IN and last night I noticed that channel 75 as well. I know that South Bend HD locals were to possibly be added this summer so I was excited but when I select it I t says not available as well. A second question I have is that I currently receive my locasl in HD from an OTA. So when Dish gets my locasl in HD will I receive them twice, once from Dish and once from OTA. I hope I get both so I could record a HD local program and still be able to watch another HD local show. As it stands now if I'm recording say Fear Itself in HD I can't watch another HD local unless I go to the SD versions that Dish provides.

Channel 075-0?

As I was scanning through my local channels, I found a channel 075-0. The program information said something about local Hi Def channels. When I went to watch the channel, it is blacked out in my area. I live in Indianapolis and we have not been on a list to receive HD locals. Any info out there for Indy?

Thank you "all knowing being", especially for NOT answering the question.

Normally I would side with you, but seriously...it's been discussed to death, AND it's really not that hard to figure out on your own. If the HD locals channel is blacked out in your area, then gee, maybe that means it doesn't apply to your area. How hard is that?
