Lost OTA after HR20-100 update

I've lost all my OTA channels after the 0x251 update . I'm getting " Service not active.Call customer service [750] " Has anyone else lost their OTA ? Called Dtv and the rep was unable to help, she said that there has been a few calls about the same problem.

Yea done a reboot did not work, just done a reset of all OTA and it's fixed . Yea !

Thx, I guess I had better keep an eye on my HR20 as well...
