Hopefully one of you guys (or girls) here can help me make sure I have what I need to rearrange my DISH installation. I've currently got a Dish 300 pointing to 61.5 and a 500 pointing to 110 & 119. The LNB on the 300 is connected to the LNB on the 300 and then two lines go into the house from there to support my two receivers - a 722 and 211. My problem is that there are trees in the way that have grown a lot in the last few years and I don't want to hassle with trimming them every other year. My proposed solution is to put the Dish 300 on one end of my house to pick up 110 & 119 that put the Dish 300 on the other end of the house to pick up 61.5. There are no trees blocking the respective sats in these locations. The LNBs are DPP, NOT legacy.

My question is what do I need to do to tie the dished together? I'm thinking I probably need to tie them together with a switch like the DPP44. Does anyone have a link to a diagram of the installation I need to do?

i think you have a Dish 500 for 119/110 with a Dish Pro Plus LNB (Main Dish), and a Dish 300 for 61.5 with a Dish Pro Dual Lnb (Wing Dish).

ok, so, you want to move your Dish's. Would you not simply connect everything together exactly as they are now?

it is simply 1 coax from the the Wing Dish to the INPUT PORT of the Main Dish, and then 2 Coax from the Main Dish OUTPUT PORTS to your receivers.

piece of cake.
