The least they could do is fix the bugs in 8 first. I'm still at 7 and won't be changing until they fix 8. Everyone I know who tried 8 is already back at 7 because of all the problems.

7 still has it's problems too. Not loading pages for one. It is just a white page and sits there trying to load and never does.

For me, so far IE8 has been more stable than IE7. IE7 is horrible, even my 7 yr. old daughter says that "IE7 sucks".

Why does anyone still use IE to begin with?

Easy answer for me. I have FF and tried Chrome (hated Chrome). I also have opera but it's so big and clunky. The lesser of the evils for me at least is IE7.
