Hmmmm.....is there a light at the end of the tunnel? Marlins have won 5 out 6 series AND just swept a good Blue Jays team IN Toronto.
And the Pirates took two out of three from the Tigers.
Maybe the Pirates are riding the momentum the Pens gave them in over the city of Detroit?
The next five teams they play are the Twins, Rockies, Indians, Royals and cubs. we'll see if they can play better or get their butt handed to them.
Nah. They just hit the Tiger's rotation at the right spot. after Verlander, Jackson and Porcello, our rotation just plain sucks right now. Willis and Galarraga need to be removed from the rotation.

IMO, that would be a good fit for both the Tigers and Washburn.
