I am trying to connect a 322 receiver to a second TV and combine the signal with the local cable signal but all channels are viewable with cable. What are my options for combining the two signals.

On the back of the 322 is an "F" connector that says TV antenna in/cable in.Connect your cable coax there and switch the signals with the remote control to view cable/satellite programming.Good Luck!:):welcome

I take it that your problem is that there is no available channel frequency to use for distributing the TV2 output as your cable system is using all available channel frequencies. Is that correct? If so, there isn't much you can do except try using an OTA frequency above 13 that isn't used by one of your local stations and see if that will get you past the interference. You can select either "Air" (OTA) or "Cable" for the modulator for TV2 (Menu 6 1 5). You'll have to switch between Air and Cable for the TV input which will be a pain. The only other option if that fails is to run a separate cable and use an AB switch at the second TV.
