Does anyone know the email address to send to if I am having a billing issue and the idiots from DISH's supposed support are giving me a hard time? I switched to the 722 reciever over a year ago, returned the 522, and they just hit me with a $200 charge stating I never returned the 522.

Why not just go to dishnetwork.com and chat with an online rep. It's a lot easier and you with have everything they say documented.
They are the ones I talked to.
They were extremely unhelpful (is that even a word). I am so livid right now with them.
