Sorry if i didnt do this right this is my first post, weve have been a direct TV commercial dealer for the last 2 years with about 30 installs under our belts and ran into a problem this week that has us scrathing our heads. We installed a a 9 hd reciever location we installed a AU9 KA/KU LNB dish and for 60 days the site was flawless unitl a heavy snow storm the other day, the customer went up on the roof and tried to brush the snow off and in the proccess damaged the lnb we replaced the LNB and realigned the dish (alll sat's strenghts above90) after 9 hours yesterday the HD Locals started to lose signal and would go out for about 3 minutes and come back (all 9 recievers) all of our signals were still the same, test channels 480 and 481 were both correct? We had them switch to the SD channels and everything was fine, any thoughts of why something like this would have happened would be much appreciated.

You were only losing HD AFTER you changed the LNB ?

If so, it sounds like you may have replaced his with a BAD one, try swapping it out and see what happens.

You also have a WB68 multiswitch that could be a problem, but seeing it wasn't doing it before you got there, I would start with the LNB.

So what happened? Inquiring minds want to know!
