I was thinking about putting a splitter on tv2 so tv would show in my bedroom and shadow it to another bedroom. So I can get rid of a receiver so when my wife uses the treadmill she can watch tv. What voltage will I need to handle the signal?

Assuming you're just talking about splitting the TV2 RF Out, there should be no voltage on that line. Unless you're running a LONG line, just get a standard cable/OTA splitter from Radio Shack/Lowe's/Home Depot, etc.

My of my kids moved back home several weeks ago & I just put a splitter inline on TV2 coax & all is well.
