What dish for HD self-install

I will be switching to DirectTV in the next week, as upgrade to HD
with Dishnetwork is not cost effective.
Direct will likely send Tech to do a install of new DirectTV dish (removing Dishpro500)
and bring me new HD Dvr and second HD Rcvr.
I would like to carry the standard HD RCVR to my vacation home on occasions during the summer, as I have been doing with Dishnetwork for years.
So I will have to upgrade the Dishpro500 dish at vacation home. This I will have to
do myself.
My question is:
With only the one TV setup at vacation home, what extra dish model would you guys
recommend I purchase.

It will be a HD setup, with I hope local channels.
The vacation home is approx. 75 miles east from my normal residence in
Raleigh,NC.
I know it may be "iffy" that the local channel spotbeam will arrive at vacation home, but I also have OTA capabilities if this fails.

Slimline 5 would do the trick.
You won't know about your locals till you get there, unless someone here can tell you what thier signal strength is on the sat and transponder that you locals are on now, if you know.

A slimline 3 would do the trick unless your locals are on the 110 or 119 satellites.
I don't think many are anymore.
A slimline 3 is easier to self install than a slimline 5.

If you don't need a slimline 5 for locals get a slimeline 3.....

With a slimline 3 all you have to do is set the tilt for your area of the country, adjust the elevation and azmiuth to peak out the 101 and the 99&103 signals are peaked out.....

How is that any easier than a 5 lnb ?
Same steps for both, get the tilt right set the elevation and turn till you get a signal ?

Doesn't matter, just don't see how either is any different.
Depending on your 99 and 103 signals, it may need to be dithered a bit to maximize the signal.
