If I have a 722K and an antenna connected to it will TV2 be able to pull in OTA locals? I know the 622 doesn't work but would the 722?

Yes, you need the OTA module installed in the 722k, about $30-40. You also need to be a dishnetwork customer with that box active on your account. The locals will show up in the guide after a off air scan is performed. The 622 has the OTA built in.

Don't know about the k, but a 722 will onlu show OTA locoals if you in single tuner mode. In dual tuner it will only show locals if you subscribe to your locals thru Dish.

I have an antenna connected to my VIP722K and of course get all of the OTA locals here in Madison, WI. I also subscribe to locals. How do I go about installing this module? Something I can do myself?
Thanks.

2 screws to remove the cover plate - insert module - reinstall the 2 screws - attach antenna - scan for channels. Don't know what they suggest to do with the cover, so I just put in under the 722k for storage.
