Can anyone tell me the strongest and weakest tp for 97w? Thanks

This is going to vary greatly depending upon who responds and where they are from. For Ku in my locality my top quality TPs are:

12060 H 21998 KS/s 96% Q
11966 H 21998 KS/s 97% Q
12090 H 19998 KS/s 98% Q
11929 V 21997 KS/s 100% Q

I detect many in the 92%-94% range, a few in the 82%-84% range and the absolute weakest that I can detect and still retain a lock on is:

11706 V 7161 KS/s @ 64% Q. I can log in three channels from this TP: Knowledge Channel, KC Europe and Alternate Test. However, these are all encrypted so they cannot be watched.
