Hey guys,

So am I the only one that wonders why there is no blockbuster movie pass integration on the 922? I have a 722 in my bedroom and the 922 in my living room where I watch movies so this totally bites for me. Are there any plans this year to add 922 integration or do I need to get my netflix streaming back. Also, I placed a queue yesterday and I have not received an email from BB letting me know when a movie is coming to me. Cmon BB, you have to do better than this.

922 (and 612) will be capable mid November according to reports. Also, shipping occurs on weekdays. You should get notification tomorrow.

Both the 922 and 612 are scheduled for BBMP in November. Yes, that does bite.

So why do we have so many threads on basically the same subject?

This is the last straw for my 922. The "flagship" product should be the first to receive new features. Just not sure why we're paying $4 month for this. I'm planning to upgrade from 922 to the 722K this week.

I "downgraded" from a 922 that I bought last November after 9 months and went with a new 722k instead. Luckily the online retailer I bought it from let me trade it in for a new 722k . The 922 will never be the "flagship" receiver that it was advertised to be. Sadly the Xip 813 receiver that will be released "SOON", will be based on the same software and menus, guides ,etc. So I can only deduce that the same lack of functionality will exist with the 813 and I imagine the same $10.00 dvr fee and some new multi-view fee yet to be determined by the DISH bean counters.( I threw in the bean counters for Bob Haller;))

I love the 922. If they had waited until November to release this for all receivers together you would have never known the difference. What's the big deal? I would rather they wait and get the software right. Although, I don't understand how they demonstrated it on the 922 if it wasn't ready for release yet?

Well, if you look at the replay, they didn't actually wait for the video to begin playing before drawing attention to something else. So we can't really say that anything was "demonstrated" other than the new menu entries. :(
