Lost my HD for life. (can someone from DIRT contact me please)

Back in January I was in Latino Max with HD For Life then I downgraded to Welcome Pack. About 30 mins ago or so I upgraded to AT200 (via chat since I cannot make changes online).

All the AT200 channels are there but their HD versions aren't.

I tried check switch and resetting the receiver to no avail.

I checked "Programming Change History (Last 90 days)" and I don't see HD200 Free added. See below:

Because you went to the WP back in January they had to "hide" the HD free (as shown on 1/17)
Auth-HD enabled means you get the freeview channels in HD when you had WP

Dish (DIRT) needsa to add back the HD free option and remove the Auth-HD enabled

The Auth-HD was removed and the HD200 was added to the account.

One more check switch and guide download and HD channels are back. Hello Disc, NatGeo, SCI, etc and G4 for when I feel like rotting a few brain cells.

I have Dish Anerica, and my online account did state Free HD for Life, which was granted previously. But the last time Dish rearranged their website, they delected this statement. If I upgrade to a 120 or better package, will I get MY HD for Life back.

Yes. When I went from Dish America to AT200 they gave it back to me.
