I got my free one, but I could use 1 more for my kid's TV so they can watch Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead (which we are all hooked on). I already bought the Seasons Pass for Breaking Bad on Amazon and it works pretty well. I could keep shuttling the Roku between TV's but it's already become a PITA . So if you got the free Dish Roku and don't like it, have no use for it etc, PM me and let me know how much you would want . Thanks

If no one offers you his or her Roku, I believe Roku has special offers through the Channel Store. Also, stores sell them. The lowest one I saw new was for $59.99. The one Dish sent was $79.99. There was a higher one; I think it was $99.99. However, the one from Dish did not seem new if anyone is reading the prices thinking that the one Dish sent is worth that much.

Your kids watch Breaking Bad? How old are they?
I knew someone would ask that lol. They are in their 20's and neither one seems to be in a hurry to move out anytime soon hahaha. Thanks Mojo, I'm hoping to get it really cheap from someone here who has no use for it. If not then maybe I'll buy one of the $59.99 refurbs.

That is pretty understanding with the way the economy is.

Get me a Roku for my room, and I'll move in too. :)

I was just curious. I was figuring that.

I don't know. It's now like "Thousands of Channels" and still nothing to watch.

hehehe I hear ya. I find myself as usual, looking to see whats on rather than actually watching.

The roku and apps require a little effort to find something to watch. There are many who just want what ever is put in front of them without any thought or effort. This alone will keep the sat companies in business for a long time to come.

I have two Rokus and registered both at Roku.com. Whatever I subscribe to on one, also appears on the other when you enter and exit the channel store on the other one.

Just an FYI: if you subscribe to HBO and Cinemax through Dish, they have channels on the Roku that you can stream from (HBO GO & Max Go) which is a nice perk. Showtime has one also but it's a joke.
