Noticed this yesterday. When you look through the guide some channels have a little triangle in the corner of the name of the channel. I noticed it on some of the Viacom channels (MTV, MTV2, VH1) but then saw it on Bravo and ESPN too.....dont know what they are for and can't figure it out

Anybody know?

Not showing on my HR24s either.

Is this on your HR34? And maybe it is showing that other tuners are tuned to those channels? Just guessing! :)

It's aliens!! Them are the channels they're watching via 1 of the tuners you have just sitting there not being used :D

I see it on my HR34 but have no clue what it is for :)

I have the arrows on more than those channels you showed in pictures above and on my HR34 :)

i have them too. last time i saw this it was related to something with the directv ipad app. but i could be wrong.

My guess is that it indicates that the show started earlier than the first time slot and were it to show the whole block of time the show encompassed it would be past the left side of the guide. Did what I just said make sense to anyone? Example, in the second photo "Miss Advised" started before 11:00 while "XIII" and "Lancome Paris" started at 11:00. That's my guess anyway.
