Any addition to programming is a good thing. If you don't like Beck, don't watch. I have the AEP, its lists 320+ channels. I looked through the channel list and can only come up with 105 channels that I may even watch once a year. Should I be running around trashing all the other channels I don't watch or like?

Same here about only watching some of our subscribed channels. BUT- most of the stuff we don't watch, (like OWN) is pretty harmless. This new channel has a deranged host with a misguided agenda, and I hope Dish is getting paid a decent sum to carry it.

On a technical note, at least its broadcast in 16:9 picture geometry even if it is low rez. If/when it takes off TheBlaze and MercuryOne will buy an HD slot. It's all about capitalism, supply and demand so we'll see.
Actually, that's worse. 16x9 window in a 4x3 SD transmission means shrunken postage stamp black bars (in SD).

Just to provide some yay/nay perspective on the whole thing:
Since I posted this early on (back on page 2)
I would rather LOSE a channel than gain this one.
it has received 13 "likes" and 12 "dislikes". Looks like SatGuys is pretty split down the middle on a LOT of issues (based on this non-scientific measurement). Glad that everything could stay more or less civil! :)

bet this thread is setting a record for # of deleted posts. funny they haven't just closed it.

Sorry to be an idiot on this...

How do you reply with a quote using the iPhone app? I've looked in many places but haven't found out how.

I would LOVE to see Glenn debate the brainless Rachel Maddow or Bill Maher

It's a symptom of our country's problems when so many consider those with differing positions to be stupid. I personally find GB to be dangerous, possibly delusional, and occasionally right, but certainly not brainless. A debate - and I mean a real one, not what passes for a debate on TV these days - between him and Maddow would be something to see. PPV???
