Hi,

Is there a way to see what sat/transponder I am on for a specific channel? Is there a test menu that will allow me to do this?

Thanks,
Gary

That tells you which satellite and transponder is carrying which channels. Why do you need to know, are you having problems?

See attachment, don't remember where I got it.

You kinda need Microsoft Excel, and you might need to rename the extension to .xlsx The forum would not let me upload a .xlsx extension so I had to rename it to the old Excel standard .xls , I think Scott needs to update the allowed extensions to those of this decade, lol.

OpenOffice.Org Calc may or may not open it, dunno, haven't tried it.

Yes, MS Excel has opened all the previous ones I have used, but this one gives me an error.

States about a different ext, then asks if I want to open it, when I say yes, it DOES open correctly using Excel.

It apparently knows the different ext and asks before opening.

Funny, I just tried to open it and it won't! I used Open Office.

Here, I converted it to real XLS (Excel 97-2003).

The first one I posted a while back should be changed to .xlsx before opening.

This one attached is a native .xls so no changes are needed.

Old format seems to lack compression, sure makes it a lot bigger file.
