Do I have a defective LNB??

I have a 1000.4W and I currently have it connected to two 211k receivers no switch in between just the two cables for each receiver.
I can get 110W and barely 119w i think my neighbours tree might be blocking the signal.

But it seems odd I'm getting the following

port1 110
port2 nothing
port 3 119

shouldn't it be
port 1 119
port 2 110
port 3 129
