The Walking Dead on AMC

I usually end up watching it the following day or day after that. Not because I don't want to but because I'm busy. I watched the latest episode last night and I enjoyed it. This is more along the lines of what most episodes should be like. I got to find out what was going on with everyone and got a little action.

I agree with you guys about Sasha. I saw it coming too but was just starting to think that maybe he was ok since Noah said he was one of the good guys. Now I'm curious how big of a battle this last episode is going to be. I can't believe it's the end of the first half of the season already. I hate waiting for new episodes.

Robert Kirkman Reveals His Biggest 'Walking Dead' Regret https://www.yahoo.com/music/s/robert-kirkman-reveals-biggest-walking-dead-regret-050017430.html
Robert Kirkman, No. 1 on The Hollywood Reporter's most powerful comics writers list, has one major regret about AMC's adaptation of his long-running The Walking Dead — and it's a big one. "If I had to do it again, I wouldn't have done the CDC episode [at the end of season one]," Kirkman told THR of the episode in which CDC doc Edwin Jenner (Noah Emmerich) reveals to Rick (Andrew Lincoln) that everyone is already infected.

The Walking Dead's Daryl: Prepare Yourself for a "Devastating" Mid-Season Finale https://tv.yahoo.com/news/walking-deads-daryl-prepare-yourself-171100392.html
The Walking Dead has an appointment for revenge at Grady Memorial Hospital this weekend, with the mid-season finale, "Coda," airing Sunday, November 30 at 9pm. The fight will be led by Norman Reedus's Daryl, who's especially driven to rescue his two beloved allies, Beth (Emily Kinney) and Carol (Melissa McBride), both of whom are being held captive by the hospital's menacing police brigade. After Sunday's episode, the zombie drama will return on Sunday, February 8 for the second half of Season 5, and Reedus hopes the group of survivors will keep fighting as one unified front instead of splitting off: "When the band is all together, the music is much better!"

'The Walking Dead' Boss Talks 'Unexpected' Mid-Season Finale: You'll Need Tissues! https://tv.yahoo.com/news/walking-dead-boss-talks-unexpected-213000938.html
Is someone going to die in the mid-season finale of The Walking Dead? Again?!That's the question on everyone's minds as we prepare to tune into the final new zombie-filled episode of 2014. The AMC thriller has truly raised the post-apocalyptic stakes in season five, and now all we can do is wait with bated breath to see if all our favorite characters will survive the hour.ETonline had an exclusive chat with The Walking Dead's executive producer Gale Anne Hurd to get the inside scoop on what fans should expect from Sunday's "completely unexpected" mid-season finale, Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) emotionally digressive journey and more.Although Sunday's mid-way wrap-up will feature all of the concurrent storylines of the season, Hurd revealed that the writers have thoroughly enjoyed being able to explore the stories of certain characters through their isolated episodes."That was something that we had hoped to do this season because last season we introduced so many new characters, and we really didn’t get to spend all the time on then that we would've liked," she said.

I'm really looking forward to this last episode but I'm afraid I'm going to be upset when it's over. I'm sure a character is going to die and I won't be able to handle waiting a few months for the second part of the season to start.

I'm sorry,I can't help posting this, but reading the fan reactions to last night's death on twitter & other web sites,I have to say it. Wait until they introduce Negan & you see who he kills, you'll all be screaming "nooooooooooo" at your TV's that will rival the fan reaction to Game of Thrones' "Red Wedding" episode.

"Now I understand", I believe meant "Now I understand how killing someone can be for the greater good." It followed up on the conversation they had earlier in the episode.

There was an interesting Easter egg at the end of the credits too. At first I thought it was an opening sequence I missed from the encore presentation and nearly deleted it!

It was a pretty good episode. It wasn't mind blowing awesome but it was a good episode. I knew someone was going to die so it wasn't a major surprise and I suppose I was ok with it being her. Of all the major characters she's the one I wont' miss all that much.

On The Talking Dead, they suggested it was simply a case of Dawn one-upping them - changing the deal after the fact just to "win" vs it being an equal swap. Now that I think about it, this may have just been the guest's speculation and not from Kirkman or "Beth".

I did find it interesting that the hospital group invited Rick and the gang to stay as well as Rick inviting any of them to come with them.

Also, when Morgan found the map to D.C. with Rick's name, they sure are suggesting that that is where the group is still heading, regardless of the situation with Eugene.

Neither surprising nor shocking, the shock factor is pretty much gone these days.

Well it got me surprised. I had forgotten there was going to be a death in this mid season finale. I half watched while I was on the computer and the speechs by Dawn were so boaring that I wasn't really paying full attention. Then BANG! A bullet to the HEAD! The story I've been expecting for a boring blond character , but on the wrong show. :banme

I was thinking that she would have to go with those cuts/stitches on her face. It would be a makeup chore to have the scars there for future episodes. Well it looks like the makeup artists got a break!

Some of the twitter feeds are hilarious with one person saying that they were so saddened by Beth's death that they couldn't go to school the next day(today).
Sorry I'm not emotionally stable enough to attend school I'm mourning the death of a loved one. #RIPBeth

Another good one
My dad just told me to stop crying because it's not real and I told him "MY HEART DOESN'T KNOW THAT* #RIPBETH

If anyone watched The Talking Dead, the girl who plays Beth, Emily Kinney, was really choked-up just trying to talk about it. Quite a few times, she couldn't finish her sentences....
