i need DIRT help now

my stepdads joey is acting right now is all i get a small box in the corner he must have hit a wrong button on the remote. i need help so we can correct this.

Have you tried a red button reset yet?

done already on the hopper with sling talking to tommy with dish seeing if we can get it fixed.
