Can't setup wireless internet on Hopper

I've been trying to setup my dad's Hopper. Had no problems when I did mine. When I go to settings and then broadband, it wont let me click on Wireless Setup. I tried to reset receiver and no change. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Regular Hoppers don't have wireless built in, only Hoppers with Sling do.

For a regular Hopper you can get a wireless adapter or plug it in with an ethernet wire.

If you need to know how to look, On the hopper on the front left corner, it will either say "Hopper Sling" or Hopper Blockbuster". You can probably guess what iss what.
