I'm having issues with swap not working and having to unplug the hopper3 multiple times before swap between tuners works again. Anyone else having issues??

I usually have to reset Hopper3 to fix my issue. The screen goes black. I have 2 4k joeys and they will not rewind or fast forward sometimes. It gets very frustrating.
Yes, at times it happens and if I use the multi screen and try to swap ,LOOK Out. Lock up and then I have to reset it ,to get my tv back.
