PIP Problem, No Side by Side

For the last 3 or 4 days Pip has acted strange. I can't get side by side to work, most other functions generally work, with some exceptions.
Called Dish, went through all the hoops with CSR, also had done same before calling. CSR checked with their history for same type probs. said there were some calls with same prob. A new "Hit" seemed to fix some of the odd behavior but not side by side

What trouble shooting have you done?

Power cord reboot?

H3, did it all before doing it all again plus re-hit with csr. Check cable connections indoor, still need to go to the 2 dishes.

Did you try doing side by side when using the 4K channel (540)? That messed up my aspect ratio

No on 4K, but I did use Multi View and this seems to be when my problem started.

Saturday football DEMANDS that I use the 4 screen 1080p multi view, knowing full well that it can crash at anytime and with the surety that I will need to reboot sometime in the not too distant future.

And if I don't reboot prior to going to 4K channel 540, I will get the half-screen (left) bug. A decidedly 1st world problem.
